To keep the site growing and keep interest up. We are currently getting just over 10 unique visits a day. If every one of those signed up on our forums, and posted, we could easily have 100 active members by this time in two weeks. I want to see the site expand, I want see more content, I want to be able to host contests, giveaways, tournaments.....but we have to grow a bit first. So please, take a look at the Forums, make a few posts, pull some friends over, and we can get things rolling (and you can proudly say that you were a part of building up this site)!

World of Warcraft

World of Warcraft is great. It's only major downfall is it's price which, if you're paying every 6 months, will be approximately $12 a month. Replay value is insane. Why, you may ask? The game never ends. Sure, some people think they're done when they hit the highest level, (currently 70) but the game goes far past that, and I would estimate that approximately 25% of the game is devoted strictly to those people who have hit the cap level. This is great as, in most games, you work for a long time to get somewhere, and then nothing is a challenge, and all your work leads up to being bored with nothing to do. World of Warcraft completely eliminates this problem.

Another great thing about it is the graphics. The gameplay is "seamless," and, while I don't want to sound like a commercial, they really are first rate. The game has a little bit of voice acting, and the music is nice, but not overpowering. Don't get me wrong- the music could be better, but it's a video game, and not all that many video games are known for their stunning music.

You choose from 8 Races, and 9 Classes for your character to play as. Race is a large factor in potential gameplay, but the Class that you choose will literally determine much of your gameplay for you. You also choose a faction of Horde, or Alliance. Horde is bad, Alliance is good. The factions are rather quarrelsome with each other, and different races have chosen to side with different Factions.
Alliance has: Humans, Dwarves, Night Elves, Gnomes, Draeni
Horde has: Blood Elves, Tauren, Undead, Orcs, Trolls
Still, though, even at that flat monthly fee, you can have just about as many characters as you want. I have around five unique characters that I can play on, so whenever you get bored of one character, you can move to another. You can have characters on separate servers, and of separate races/factions/classes.

Also, being able to choose a PvP environment, one for Roleplaying, or one for simply playing the game but not being able to be attacking by players of the opposite faction anywhere, which is referred to as PvE. (PvE=Player vs. Environment, such as fighting monsters.)

Overall, World of Warcraft is a great game, and if you have some extra cash from a gift or something, I would suggest giving it a try.
